I see grays white spots in my vision?

this started in the begining of may a white spot appered in my left eye i went to a doc he said i have a swalen nearv he told me to wait till sept but some one told me to go to the er they said the same thing and that i have a hamerage or some thing and they put me on ste3roids it seemd like it help a bit but it dint do much fewe weeks ago a nother spot apered in my right eye now its hard for me to see i got a few mri done a spinal tap blood work and every thing if normal and this all happening to me wile im 16
