Rabbit Hutch help?

I have a rabbit hutch with a drip pan and where the drip pan is it's all wire. the top and bottom. So when it rains the water goes straight into the drip pan and causes a big mess! I do have a tarp to cover it but mixed in with wind it still get's in. Is there an easier way to do this?!
