remember pathogens make us sick, not being cold or wet! But to heat her up, dry her off with a towel, and let her sit on a hot pad or else finish drying her off with a blow dryer. Be careful to use low settings and don't hold it so close that it gets too hot. You certainly don't want to burn her! I used to have guinea pigs too, so I understand how this can be difficult.
