How to convert WAV/MP3 Files to ADX?

I wanted to change a game Soundtrack since the US VErsion of the game sucks (Budokai tenkaichi 3). I used DKZ Studio to open the folder and found several audio ADX Files. I wanted to Put in my custom soundtrack, but i don't know how to change it. IS there any good music converter programs? :D
