When Will All Major Conurbations Be Getting Congestion Traffic Management?

No i dont wholly agree with you.Its not that simple,what about all the small businesess that operate on very tight margins?They cant just put it all on the back of a bike.Yes there are issues but lets have proper debates,improve public transport so people have workable alternatives,instead of sounding like tofu chomping hemp wearing blinkered hippies.Do agree with you on 4x4's though.Unless you live on the side of a mountain just dont.
