What are some healthy ways to gain muscle along with my after school work-outs?

I would work out at the gym and lift weights. That way you can work a wide variety of your muscles. You should also make sure you are getting plenty of protein. It is recommended that you should have 1 gram of protein for every pound that you weigh, so if you want gain muscle you should have more protein. I know you want muscle growth quickly, but do it the right way. Don't go to the gym everyday and work out without giving your muscles a break. That wouldn't give them enough time to heal and build up. Just do intense lifting workouts, eat a lot of protein to build up the torn muscles, and give yourself a days rest in between.
