The price of water will rise on it's own, that's the law of supply and demand. And yes, even if there is a fixed price set by the governement, taxes will rise to pay the difference, the government might redo the budget, whatever, but the price will rise.

Rabbit Hutch help?

I have a rabbit hutch with a drip pan and where the drip pan is it's all wire. the top and bottom. So when it rains the water goes straight into the drip pan and causes a big mess! I do have a tarp to cover it but mixed in with wind it still get's in. Is there an easier way to do this?!

remember pathogens make us sick, not being cold or wet! But to heat her up, dry her off with a towel, and let her sit on a hot pad or else finish drying her off with a blow dryer. Be careful to use low settings and don't hold it so close that it gets too hot. You certainly don't want to burn her! I used to have guinea pigs too, so I understand how this can be difficult.

For the faithful ones whom God then justifies there will be no further need of the benefits of the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ. He will therefore no longer serve as a priest with a sacrifice for them.
