Since america has to much of everything, should we ration and help the world out?

we have to much, we consume to much, were to greedy. i think the president should put the country on rations, a little more then enough to stay healthy and then export all our extra food out to africa and the middle east, to the people who really need our help. if american wants to, then we can help the world and bring the hope and change to the needy of the world. yes? no? maybe? some other idea?
