Does doug hannons original fishing snake come pre rigged ?

Im thinking about buying the original fishing snake that ive seen advertised but i saw that in the pack of 18 it only includes 4 hooks r these spares or do you have to rig them yourself i would prefer help from som1 who has bought the snake but any1 will do thx
