TWO LIGHTS WONT TURN OFF WHN I FLIP CIRCUIT BREAKERS?

Possibility that you have a bad breaker. Not uncommon. Try turning off the main breaker in the panel all the lights and receptacles feed from. If that does not turn them offf then you are in the wrong panel. If you are in the correct panel then you would want to carefully observe what goes off with each breaker. When you locate the breaker that does not appear to turn anything off, then check it while off with a votage meter. with breaker off if power is still present you have found the bad breaker. Turn off main remove the wire from the bad breaker, turn the main back on & verify the lights in bedroom / bathroom stayed off. ( if they did then with main breaker off, remove / replace the bad breaker & reconnect wire. Turn main on & verify all working now.
