What game is this boss from?

There's a game I have been trying to recall. Reason aside, I think my best hint for what it might be is there is a boss, or miniboss, that you have to fight 2 or 3 times through the game that was made of rock. I think I remember that one because when it walked around the wobbled. I know this is silly. I think it was on gamecube.
