Question about wearing an arm brace?

In the shower you can take it off, but make sure you put it on right away when you're done. Don't overuse your arm at the beach either. Go ahead and take the brace off if you really want to go into the ocean, but don't do any swimming or such with it or else your fracture wont heal right.
