Is the Sega Lindbergh better than the 360 and PS3 as far as capabilities?

I know the Lindbergh has far more ports for many different customizable capabilities depending on the arcade cabinet, but is its CPU more powerful for graphics and a lot of info than the 360 or PS3. If I left it up to myself, I would say the Lindbergh is better just by taking a quick glance at Lindbergh games. Though after looking at Forza Motersport 3, I have to reconsider (though I still think Lindbergh is the winner).
