Is it Rodgers' fault or the Offensive Line's fault for the 37 sacks allowed?

Most of the sacks are the olines fault, but rodgers has had a few times he held on to it too long and that can be attributed to the playcalling. Though he has done a good job not throwing picks and forcing it, that has come at the cost of a few sacks.
