Indoor cricket question here?

when the bowler has been handed back the ball after they have bowled a delivery and is walking back to get ready for the next delivery and has is back turned cayse his putting swing or something on it, are you able to sneak a run as the batsman? cause in normal cricket when brett lee or someone is walking back u dont see them sneaking runs.
