How can I do Fibonacci Code?And how did it happen?How can I encode it to HTML?Please help! This is our midterm?

I have researched about the Fibonacci Code and I really can understand it.But I understand Fibonacci number.I can't understand the explanation in Wikipedia.And in this link:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibonacci_code;the Fibonacci Code is Encoded but I don't know what programming language it is.I need to encode the Fibonacci Code in HTML, but I really don't know how Fibonacci Code happens,I can't understand the examples,and I really don't know how to make it in HTML! :( My Professor said we need to type the Fibonacci Code and the sequence will appear! I really don't know how to do it! Please help! :(
